Lecture Setting and Attendee Experience
Each half-day lecture is presented in the ambient upstairs Atlantis Centre auditorium, designed to provide a peaceful and reflective learning environment. Comfortable seating, ceiling speakers for soft ambient meditation music and access to the large open balcony support a welcoming learning experience.
Attendees receive Program papers and a firm writing folder for notes. Afternoon tea, savouries and refreshments are served during the scheduled break, allowing time for rest, reflection and informal conversation. Two unisex restrooms are available upstairs and a compliant accessible restroom is available downstairs.
A protected thirty-minute afternoon tea break is provided from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm for refreshments, movement, rest and informal conversation before the lecture resumes.
Nearby cafes and restaurants also provide additional lunch options for attendees with individual meal or dietary needs.
Questions and Continued Study
Programs include opportunities for clarification and an extended question-and-answer session. Keep your program papers and personal notes as a reference for reflection after the lecture.
