How do I book an in-person program?
Open Current Programs – Series 1 or Current Programs – Series 2, choose the program and follow its booking and payment instructions. Use an email address you check regularly, because confirmations and program updates will be sent there.
Who can attend Atlantis Centre programs?
Programs are for adults aged 18 and over. They are designed for people seeking substantial spiritual education, personal reflection and the freedom to ask questions and request clarification.
What is included in a current program?
Unless the individual program page states otherwise, the current lecture format runs from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and includes an afternoon-tea break, a 30-minute question-and-answer session and eight-page Attendee Papers.
Do I need previous spiritual study?
Each program page explains its subject and place within the series. Please read the description before booking. If you are unsure whether a subject suits your present interests or background, contact Atlantis Centre before purchasing.
Do the programs include meditation or breathwork?
No. Atlantis Centre programs are spoken educational presentations with time for questions and clarification. They do not include meditation, breathwork, counselling, diagnosis, treatment or therapy.
What should I do if my booking confirmation does not arrive?
First check your junk or spam folder and confirm that you used the correct email address. If it is still missing, contact Atlantis Centre with your full name, booking email and program title.

How to join from home, prepare your device and access permanent recording downloads.
Can I attend a current program by live stream?
When live streaming is offered, it will be shown on the relevant current program page. Complete the booking through that page. Access information will be sent to the email address used for the booking before the scheduled program.
Is live-stream attendance the same price as attending in person?
Live streaming is offered at the advertised program fee, the same as in-person attendance, unless the individual program page clearly states otherwise.
How should I prepare for a live stream?
Use a reliable internet connection, a charged device, an up-to-date browser and working audio. Open the access link early enough to check sound and connection before the advertised starting time.
What if I have a technical problem with live access?
Check your internet connection and device audio, then reopen the access link or restart the browser. If the problem continues, contact Atlantis Centre and include your name, booking email and program title.
Can I purchase a past program recording?
Yes. Released recordings will be listed under Past Program Recordings – Series 1 or Past Program Recordings – Series 2. Each listing will explain the program and the access supplied with the purchase.
How do permanent recording downloads work?
Purchased past-program recordings are supplied as permanent downloads for the purchaser’s personal use. Follow the emailed instructions, save the files to your device and keep your own backup. Contact us if a supplied link does not work.
Does a live-stream booking automatically include a recording?
Not automatically. A live-stream booking provides access to the scheduled live presentation unless the program page specifically says that a recording is included. Past-program recordings are purchased separately.

Practical information for attending the Centre and visiting the Crystal Gift Shop.
Where can I park?
A large council car park with approximately 80 public spaces is located behind the Centre. As it is public parking, individual spaces cannot be guaranteed. Please allow enough time to park before your program begins.
When should I arrive?
Follow the arrival information in your booking confirmation and allow enough time to park, enter and be seated before the advertised starting time. Please keep your booking confirmation accessible on your phone or in print.
What is the auditorium setting like?
In-person programs are presented in the upstairs Atlantis auditorium. During the afternoon-tea break, refreshments are served on the large private balcony area of the auditorium, giving attendees a comfortable space to step outside and take a break.
Are bathrooms available onsite?
Yes. Upstairs there are two unisex bathrooms for program attendees. Downstairs there is a compliant accessible unisex bathroom at the rear of the shop.
What refreshments and food are provided?
Afternoon tea is provided during the current four-hour in-person programs and is served on the large private balcony area of the auditorium. Lunch is not supplied, although restaurants are located nearby. Alcohol is not permitted onsite.
Can I visit the Crystal Gift Shop without attending a program?
Yes. The Crystal Gift Shop is open to the wider public during the published Friday, Saturday and Sunday opening hours. You are welcome to browse the shop independently of a program booking.

Where can I find the refund and cancellation rules?
Please read the website Terms & Conditions before purchasing. They contain the current rules applying to bookings, cancellations, refunds, recordings and other purchases. Contact Atlantis Centre before payment if anything is unclear.
What happens if Atlantis Centre changes a program?
Any important change will be communicated using the email address supplied with the booking. Please keep your contact details accurate and check your inbox before attending or joining online. The Terms & Conditions apply.
May I share a purchased recording or download?
Recordings, downloads and Attendee Papers are supplied for the purchaser’s personal use. They must not be copied, redistributed, uploaded or shared unless the applicable purchase terms specifically allow it.
Are programs or products medical or therapeutic services?
No. Atlantis Centre programs, recordings, materials and products are provided for education, personal development, personal interest and wellbeing awareness only. They are not medical, psychological, counselling, diagnostic, treatment or therapy services.
