About Our Mindfulness Sessions

Mindfulness  7 days a week : 9.30am to 4.30pm.

At Atlantis Wellness and Healing Centre our dedicated practitioners will lead you through a range of mindfulness activities that emphasise the importance of staying present and cultivating self-awareness amidst modern-day living. By attuning to one’s thoughts, emotions, and sensations, individuals learn to navigate this busy existence with greater grace and composure.
